yesterday irene and i were the first time conduct a meeting with all librarians. i thought i able to manage it but in the end i can't. it was totally a disaster, nightmare and worst meeting i ever faced. it was out of control that i couldn't manage it by myself. d presentation took 25 mins i think and there was a lot of time but i don't knw what to do with them.. cut short after we used our contigency plan, at least it works even though some of the member did not co operate with us. supposingly celebrate with feb babies must be at 4 latest 430 pm. strike 4+, we then celebrate and i thought there were no problem cme but there's another prblm. there's no drink for them. i was like OMG.. worst nightmare ever. actually there's a drink in the cupboard but Daniel didn't manage to get the key as we don't know where's the key. so poor that they use plastic bowl to drink..

hpefully for d next mtg will be a cherish meeting.
